Become a Mentor
Establish a relationship with a young person in the community and make a difference.
​We want students to see all the opportunities the City of Chicago has to offer –

Cross-cultural. Offer YBF students a window into the professional working world. “If you can see it, you can be it.”

"Mentoring Lite". Our mentorship program is only 4 weeks long (and virtual!). Sessions can range from 30 to 60 minute via Zoom.

Mentors must pass a screening interview and a background check.
